Summer with Saint James

Annie Aime is the official Saint James store in Toronto. It's something we're very proud of. But, what does it mean for you? It means you can get your favourite classic Breton stripes without paying duty (or shipping)!

If you already own a piece of Saint James clothing, we probably don't need to sell you on the brand. As Annie says, "when you have a Saint James, you have it for life." The quality of these garments and their classic style make each piece timeless.

The company has been operating since 1889 - with the birth of the Saint James spinning mills. Saint James really takes off in the 1960s and 70s when national paid vacation increases from 2 to 3 weeks per year.

French vacationers embrace the pleasures of seaside holidays. They pack their bags with breton striped shirts, sailor caps and nautical sweaters. The brand is acknowledged and acclaimed by sailing buffs. The company bolsters its leading position on the market of nautical style clothing.

In 2019, Saint James remains a favourite in France and abroad. We love the versatility of their Spring collection. A few pieces will go a long way! Here are a few of our favourites:

1. More Than Stripes

Beautiful florals make an appearance this season, proving that Saint James can master more than just the Breton stripe.

2. Utilitarian Looks

Who says fashion and utility need to me mutually exclusive. Certainly not Saint James. We love this worker style jacket for women!

3. The Classics

While we love that Saint James can switch it up, we certainly have a soft spot for their classic pieces. These are a few of our favourites for Spring, although, really, you can't go wrong with any Saint James stripe!
