Established in 2010, Kovalum is ethically designed and manufactured in Toronto, Canada. Founder, Mark Johnson created the brand in response to the rise in cheap fast fashion. Johnson's passion for quality was sparked by his father's mid-1960s madras plaid anorak, which he rediscovered in the '80s, inspiring him to create the brand.As a small business, Kovalum limits production runs, offering exclusive, limited edition pieces each season.
