TERMS + CONDITIONS

Annie Aime ships within Canada and internationally. We will ship your parcel from Monday to Friday, excluding any statutory holidays.

All items will be shipped the day after your purchase is placed and confirmation is received. We will always provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped so that you may follow your package on its adventure to your door step!

Items will arrive at your home in 5-7 business days. Annie Aime is not responsible for any additional shipping fees such as duty or customs.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping Within Canada: Free on orders over $300

Shipping To USA: $35.00

Shipping Outside North America: $50.00

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Annie Aime does not do full refunds but will gladly do an exchange on full priced items within 5 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for the costs required when doing an exchange including return shipping, duty or customs. 

All sale items are FINAL sale (no exchanges or refunds).

Annie Aime makes sure that each and every item shipped to you is of excellent quality, in perfect condition and packaged respectfully. Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process and any complaints are to be taken up with you and the shipping company itself.
