This is a 100% silk scarf from Yonezawa City, Yamagata Prefecture.
The large silk scarf is also great as a dress-up accessory. It contains air, making it warm in winter and cool and comfortable in summer.
It can be washed by hand or in a laundry bag on the hand-wash setting of the washing machine, and the more you wash it, the more gorgeous the shrink becomes.
